Our flat-rate repair is a simple one-price-fixes-all repair option for mobile devices like the iPad and iPhone. One-price-fixes-all means that if you send us your mobile device to fix a cracked screen and while we are repairing your device we notice your digitizer has a hairline crack we'll replace your digitizer along with your screen at no additional cost.
Flat-rate repair eliminates the back and forth of you authorizing any additional repairs needed to get your mobile device up and running like new. That also means no need to diagnose the needed repairs yourself. So, if you drop your iPad and it's not turning on there's no need for you to try and figure out what might be wrong with it to get an estimate on the cost to repair your iPad, let us repair your iPad for one flat-rate and we'll return it to you working like new for one price.

When you need a repair call us or fill out our form under REQUEST A REPAIR. When you make a request, a shipping case will be sent immediately along with a pre-paid shipping label. You or your user puts the device in the box, affixes the return label and drops it off at the FedEx or Kinko's location. FedEx ships it to us. We fix it and send it back via FedEx. Sending a Device
- Sending us a mobile device for repair is simple...
Call us at 855.225.1100, email us, or REQUEST A REPAIR online. - As soon as we get your request we'll send out a shipping case for your device with a pre-paid shipping label--for FREE via FedEx Ground.
- You put your device in the box, place the pre-paid label on the box, and drop it off at the nearest FedEx shipping center or FedEx Office/Kinkos.
- As soon as we receive your device we repair it within 24 hours and ship it back to you--we cover the cost of shipping it back to you via FedEx Ground.
- It's that simple!
